An interactive group learning experience

These online study groups are designed to give you the tools and techniques that you need to live a bigger life.

They have also been created to a sense of community, the opportunity to share your experience with others.

The groups run over a number of weeks meeting once a week for 1.5 hours – These live video webinar’s will be lead by Simon, they will consist of short talks explaining each week topic, practical exercise, Q&A and time to share with other members of the group. If at any time during the course you need some extra support you will get the opportunity to book a private session at a significant discount. These groups will be kept small so that everyone will have the chance to get the most out of it.

Mindfulness & meditation: a pathway to emotional intelligence – part I

This course will start you off with a strong foundation in mindfulness and meditation, and then lead you deep into a journey of self-inquiry and personal growth. This will be an experiential course – not simple a cognitive exercise.
