The groups run over a number of weeks meeting once a week for 1.5 hours – These live video webinar’s will be lead by Simon, they will consist of short talks explaining each week topic, practical exercise, Q&A and time to share with other members of the group. If at any time during the course you need some extra support you will get the opportunity to book a private session at a significant discount. These groups will be kept small so that everyone will have the chance to get the most out of it.
